I love Northwest Honda... They made us feeli like family. We purchased a used 2008 Honda odyssey Ex-L three years ago and it was in new condition. We were very pleased and happy for the service we received from our car salesman Derek Gould and the rest of his team in the used car department. When we purchased our 2008 Honda Odyssey our credit score was low and we didn't have any established credit but, Derek and his team worked very hard to get us approved for our loan. They Are very dedicated and hard workers. The minor issues we had with our odyssey we took it back to Northwest Honda and they took care of it with no problems. Northwest Honda has been very good to us. We just purchased a 2014 Honda odyssey Elite... We did move about 45 to 50 miles from Northwest Honda and we are located near another Honda dealer but the excellent experience we had with Northwest Honda in the past, we had to come back. We experienced the same excellent service as the first time. We even referred friends and family to Northwest Honda and they have a wonderful experience too. Our salesman Derek Gould and our Finance Manager Jonathan Jasie are very professional and take pride in what they do. The atmosphere of all the staff we came in contact with including Kristen Hill-Harris were all wonderful and provided us with outstanding customer services. They were all welcoming and very respectful. Thanks again Derek Gould, Jonathan Jasie, Kristen Hill-Harris, and the other wonderful staff of Northwest Honda. Never Bought a New Car Before I came with my wife one evening to look at a Honda Accord LX. Braden approached us after we wandered around in the showroom for about five minutes. I came with my wife one evening to look at a Honda Accord LX. Braden approached us after we wandered around in the showroom for about five minutes. After describing the car we were interested in that I saw online, he escorted us out into to lot where it was located. He had a very laid back, matter-of-fact approach, with no hard sell whatsoever. Very concisely, he described the car's high points and features. We left to think things over and I returned the following week. Although, we were quite certain, and the price was right, I was prepared to negotiate based on the car's invoice price. When the time came to indicate I was interested in purchasing, I asked to see the invoice. Typically, the buyer and dealer agree at some price between the invoice price and the MSRP. While he agreed to show it to me, he asked me if he sold it to me for the invoice price was alright. Sure!! The rest of the purchase went very smoothly. Braden was exceedingly helpful and gracious. The papers I signed with the financial officer were clearly explained. In fact, the dealership recommended I bring in the plates (tags) off our old car (ready to be donated) and registration and they generated a new registration for the Accord, without my having to visit the DMV. I was able to pay with a personal check and Braden drove the car back to my house (not too far away). I am very satisfied with my experience, and would purchase a car from Northwest Honda again. More

The car we wanted was not in stock, but James, our salesman, promised he could find one and he did! His colleague Braden had to drive the car down all the way from Delaware just to have it onsite whe salesman, promised he could find one and he did! He made sure the car was clean and filled up upon pickup, and patiently set up my blue tooth and explained the navi and audio. James really worked hard behind the scenes to make this all seem smooth and easy for us, and explaining all of our options, answering all questions. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of the odyssey. The "accessories lady" explained our choices clearly and made it easy to make our decision on that. All were great with kids, and the vending facility was helpful, and the building itself pleasant and welcoming. I liked that all staff worked well together as a team, and helped each other out, even those not directly involved in the deal. We are new customers, and we would highly recommend northwest honda.
