After several frustrating weeks of working with another Honda dealership, I had the good fortune of contacting your dealership and explaining the whole ordeal to Ray. He was compassionate about my plight and was able to do in one day what the other dealership couldn’t do in two weeks. He professionally and competently found the exact vehicle I wanted and I was able to effortless completed the purchase. This is what purchasing a new car should be like! My only regret is that I didn’t contact Ray two weeks earlier and saved myself and my son a lot of wasted time and energy! More

Northwes I recently purchased a civic from Northwest. I spoke with and got pricing from 7 other dealerships around Baltimore , AA and Howard counties. Northwest was the only one that did not try any tricks, we agreed on a price very quickly they were not pushy in financing or at closing plus they got me the best price by over $700 compared with the others. I highly recommend Robert, he is very honest and will always get you the best price. They are now the only dealership I will deal with. More

He actually made the financing aspect a true a joy.
