Just wanted to say that Owings Mills Honda is a dealership that stands on their words and promises…great integrity. I had purchased a used sporty BMW from them in October and drove it back to NJ. A week or so later I discovered a slight issue with the car and Tariq ( my salesman ) and Josh the manager, addressed and resolved this issue with me immediately. To be honest, I was quite pleasantly surprised by this as unfortunately many dealerships out there , especially when selling pre-owned vehicles, tend to shirk off certain responsibilities. But not these guys….I highly recommend this dealership, especially the pre-owned department if you’re looking for a sporty or more pedestrian pre-owned vehicle. What a great bunch of guys in that department…can’t speak highly enough of them. Thank you More
As a longtime customer of Honda of Owings Mills, since 2007, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my most recent service experience. I brought my Honda Pilot in for one of the first appointment 2007, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my most recent service experience. I brought my Honda Pilot in for one of the first appointments of the day to replace my catalytic converter, a repair estimated at $2,400. I was driven home and later picked up by the shuttle service, which I appreciated. However, after being told the part was not in stock and would arrive within two business days, I was offered a loaner vehicle. When I returned to pick up the loaner, I was informed that the car’s mileage exceeded the limit allowed for customer use and therefore could not be provided. I was then told there were no other alternatives available. Because I had no other way to get to work, I ultimately had to take my car back with the repair. While the service agent apologized, the overall response from the staff felt surprisingly blasé and dismissive of the inconvenience caused. Even more concerning, the manager reiterated that the loaner would not be available and did not offer so much as an apology. As someone who has trusted this dealership for nearly two decades, this experience fell far below the standard of customer service I have come to expect. My family and I will be taking our business elsewhere moving forward. I truly hope management addresses these issues so that other loyal customers don’t face the same level of frustration. More
First service on car bought there January 2025. Two issues were examined, but not addressed as technician was unable to duplicate problem; however the dash display lights that won’t get bright was Two issues were examined, but not addressed as technician was unable to duplicate problem; however the dash display lights that won’t get bright was seen by service writer when I came back after dark. Sarah was helpful and got a technician to look at the problem, but did not know what was causing problem. Sarah promised to investigate and call me when she had a solution. I scheduled an appointment for just a battery replacement at 1pm and I was told it would be about 90 minutes which I was fine with. However I didn’t get finished till 4:30pm-5pm. The service technicians didn at 1pm and I was told it would be about 90 minutes which I was fine with. However I didn’t get finished till 4:30pm-5pm. The service technicians didn’t even put in the battery, the receptionist did. After leaving the dealership, I hear something dragging. I don’t even get out of their parking lot and come to find my bottom skirt is tore up and needs repair. I thought going to the dealership I wouldn’t have to face any of these problems but here I am. Save yourself the time and money, find somewhere else! More
