Scheduled via online to drop off car for recall, people kept asking if I was dropping off and no one seemed to know why. Shared it was for recall but that also center electrical console - apple play wasn’t kept asking if I was dropping off and no one seemed to know why. Shared it was for recall but that also center electrical console - apple play wasn’t working and that I tried connecting phone with brand new apple cords ( spent like a hundred bucks ) and that the only one that would work was a poor wire. Service tech indicated on report issue was due to poor wire so it tells me that the variable of the other NEW wires weren’t taken into account. Also tech man said he’d call me back when he spoke with technician and I hadn’t received any phone call. He did run my car through the car wash which was nice More
