We bought our 2017 Honda Civic hatchback from this dealership and had an excellent experience throughout the whole process. Our sales associate went out of his way to get the model we wanted and the h dealership and had an excellent experience throughout the whole process. Our sales associate went out of his way to get the model we wanted and the hard to find color we chose, apparently doing a swap with a dealership in another part of the state at no extra charge to us. The excellent customer service continues over in the service department. Friendly, professional service advisors have always taken good care of our car. It’s easy to book an appointment, the place is incredibly clean, and our car is always ready when they say it will be. They don’t try to upsell you, but give honest advice and recommendations of necessary repairs and parts replacements. Best of all, it is in a nearby location and easy, convenient to get there. More

I came to Oakland Honda to inquire about a Honda Pilot. I was greeted immediately upon walking in and a salesman walked my wife and I over to the overflow lot to look at 2 pilots.
