My service advisor was great. Last time I was in to get my oil change I had a horrible experience with the service advisor. I have been a customer with this place for many years. I was notified of a recall on my New Honda Hybrid CCRV sport. Called made a service appointment upon arrival I was meet by Mr. John Jeffries he was very professional and attentive. He took my vehicle in a sport. Called made a service appointment upon arrival I was meet by Mr. John Jeffries he was very professional and attentive. He took my vehicle in and coordinated a shuttle ride home. My vehicle was ready within g the time frame he estimated and a shuttle was sent to pick me up from home. Only to find out when I arrived at the dealer that my vehicle actually had two recalls and he took care of both. John Jeffries is definitely a good representative of Honda Oakland. More
