So when it came time to trade in our Audi, we made them our first stop to start shopping for a late-model used car. As usual, the entire experience was great. No pushy salesman, no hidden fees or add-ons. Terri was very helpful and knowledgable. He was a true partner in our car-buying experience: answering questions, helping us to compare options, explaining the good, and the bad, of every car we looked at. We finally settled on a gently used 2010 Honda Odyssey and from the moment we said, "We'll take it!" until we drove the car off the lot the friendliness and respect never faltered. Jeff, the financing guru, explained every step of the process to us, even going so far as to ask us how we wanted to seek financing rather than shooting our credit app off to 1000 lenders. We ended up getting a great deal (below Blue Book), they paid off our trade-in, gave us a killer deal on an extended warranty and had us out the door in time for a late lunch. After all that, when we went to leave, Terri realized the car didn't have a key fob. Given the fact we'd just signed all the paperwork, I thought for sure the sales manager was going to tell me they could get me one for $350 and have it in next week. Instead, Terri said, "No problem. Stop by tomorrow and I'll have one ready for you." Amazing. Terri's response totally validated why we walked into the place to begin with. Honda of Greeley was our first choice for this purchase and will be the first place we walk into when it comes time to buy our next car. After months of car shopping it was such a relief to walk into a place and be treated like a capable adult rather than a bumbling idiot with a fist full of cash. We couldn't be more pleased with our new minivan, although we're still getting used to the idea of being old enough to need one. More

He provided the code and patiently walked me through the process. The code failed to activate. Nathan then requested I drive to the Service Department even though it was nearly 5:30 to assist with the reset. The code still did not work even though Nathan and Scott both tried and several variations while cross-checking information on the computer. Nathan then pulled the radio out to check the accuracy of the serial number. It did not correspond with the code Honda had provided. By this time it was well after 6:00 p.m. Nathan assured me he would contact the appropriate resources within the Honda network to reset the car. This was good as I had a pending road trip scheduled for Friday through Sunday and had anticipated enjoying music while traveling. Scott, Nathan, and I visited several times that next day with still no clear resolution regarding the discrepancy between the recorded serial number and the correct reset code. Both Nathan and Scott recommended I bring in my car the next morning and they would either disconnect the battery for a period of time and then restart the entire system from beginning if necessary. I inquired about the expense. Due to a series of unusual and very unexpected bills I was unprepared for the potential cost and would wait until next month. I reminded both Nathan and Scott that a stereo and clock were not critical to the operation of a car and I would be fine. Scott assured me he would call if that was the case prior to fixing the reset and arranged for Tom (Honda Shuttle)to drive me home so that I could get to work on time. Within 45 minutes Scott called to ask me what my favorite radio station was. The system had successfully been reset! He explained they had not encountered this mismatch between serial numbers and codes before. There would be no charge. I later learned there had been more to the process than a 'few simple phone calls'. I was uncomfortable about not paying for all the effort and expertise poured out on my behalf. Both Nathan and Scott said not to worry about it and there was no charge. I find this level of customer service extraordinary, but then we are talking about Honda! I appreciate the perseverance, patience, positive attitude, and great collaboration exhibited by Nathan and Scott during this unique problem-solving experience. Nathan and Scott (along with the other Service Department representatives)are what brings me back to Honda. I bought my Odyssey from Honda of Greeley in April. I thought Bob Finnegan was great to work with. Then, being the spectacular driver that I am, I backed into my garage door that was not completely open and scraped the roof of my new van. Then a bike fell over and scratched the paint on the driver's side back door. I called Bob and asked if his guys could take a look at the van to see if they could buff out any of the scratches, and I was kind of in a hurry because I was making a cross-country road trip. Bob talked to Scott Suitor, god #2, and Scott agreed to get me worked into the schedule. Scott knew my situation when I came in and took great care of me. Some of the scratches came out, some didn't, I got my oil changed, and everyone there was just fantastic. Friendly, professional, timely. I couldn't have asked for more. More

OUR CAR GOT HAILED OUT. WE WENT TO SEVERAL DEALERSHIPS DIDNT KNOW WHAT WE WANTED AND WERE MISTREATED OUTRIGHT LIED TO AT MOST. THEN WE FOUND HONDA OF GREELEY AND PEGGY MARTIN. SHE WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH H DIDNT KNOW WHAT WE WANTED AND WERE MISTREATED OUTRIGHT LIED TO AT MOST. THEN WE FOUND HONDA OF GREELEY AND PEGGY MARTIN. SHE WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH HELPED US FIGURE OUT WHAT WE WANTED AND KEPT US WITHIN BUDGET. HER BOSSES SHOULD BE PROUD THAT SHE REPRESENTS THE COMPANY THE WAY THAT SHE DOES. SHES KNOWLEDGEABLE , FUN , AND HONEST. WEVE BOUGHT MANY CARS IN OUR LIFETIME AND THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE WEVE EVER HAD HANDS DOWN. Everyone was extremely friendly, very helpful, and worked incredibly hard to find us the exact suv we were looking for. Mike Juhl went way above and beyond to get us the deal we were looking for and we are so thankful! I would recommend this dealership again and again!!!! We ended up driving out of the dealership with our brand new 2011 Honda Pilot. If you are looking for a great deal and spectacular service Honda of Greeley (Mike Juhl) is definitely the place to go.
