I had prearranged the financing, test drove the car beforehand and agreed to a price all to make the pickup fast. Turns out they were short staffed so it took over 4.5 hours and my car wasn't prepped w beforehand and agreed to a price all to make the pickup fast. Turns out they were short staffed so it took over 4.5 hours and my car wasn't prepped well at all. I wished I had just picked up the car a different day or not from them at all. I'm very disappointed that they are more concerned with "making the sale" at all costs. They seem to have no regard for customer's time or satisfication. I would not recommend them to anyone. There are much better places to buy a car. More
