The finance dept is a complete joke. My time was wasted at the DMV because they don't know how to properly fill out the EDRS form or whatever it's called. In the end it was fixed but either way my time was wasted. They said they can make up for it with a free tank of gas lol. Not even a $100 gas card, just a free tank of gas. Definitely not driving out of my way for a free tank of gas. Lesson learned, don't shop at Honda West. The sales guy was good but finance dept is a joke. More
