I purchased a 2019 Honda Passport in July 2025. The car was given to me with minimal cleaning and a dirty motor/engine. Terrible service and experience. I have purchased cars from smaller dealerships and have received the car in clean condition and good service. I did not inspected the car for the cleaniness because I trusted Honda as a dealership, but after this experience my trust has been lost including my families and friends.
