He really took the time to understand my wants and needs for a vehicle, and helped me land on a Honda Civic EX. He was never pushy, was very clear, and extremely friendly. Also, for those who may worry about a car being too "high tech", he took the time to show me how to use every feature, and even got my phone connected to the car via Bluetooth. I can not recommend this guy enough. More

The warm welcome and friendliness of the employees at Honda Village is remarkable. Julie Campos was out Sales Person and she did a wonderful job. Her overall attitude and personality was just amazing. She was able to talk with the finance person (Paul Wisdom - thank you very much for your assistance) to try and get both my daughter and I something that was affordable for the both is us and we are happy car owners today!!!! I was due to test drive a 2013 Honda CRV at another dealership the following day. I only dropped by Honda Village on the way home from running an errand because it happened to be en route. It was a spur-of-the-moment decision that turned out to be a very good one. I met sales agent Jim Samson and told him what I was looking for: a 2013 or 2014 Honda CRV EX-L with no more than 20k mileage. He showed me what they had in stock, but none of them met the scope of what I was looking for. Then Jim placed the prospect of a new car on the table. Would I consider it? I honestly hadn't even thought about a brand new car, assuming it to be out of my price range. And of the half-dozen salespeople at other dealerships, not one had even suggested . But Jim made a great offer, and later agreed to my counteroffer based on another price I found on line from another dealership. There was no hard sell, no tense moments, just a super-friendly, relaxed interaction. When it came time to discuss financing, I was concerned that the great price I'd negotiated would be undone by less than favorable terms. Not so: Ivo Petrov in the financing division walked me through the options carefully; I got an interest rate and extended warranty plan that I was very happy with. This is a great dealership with a staff that is not of the fake, high-octane, super-aggressive vein. I enjoyed the experience of buying from Honda Village. You'll get the same deal you can get at dealers who do bigger volume, but with less hype and less hassle. Ask for Jim Samson; great guy to buy a car from! More

Excellent Internet Purchasing Experience for New Accord I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord EX-L (CVT I4) from Honda Village. Jim, my salesperson, was excellent and a pleasure to work with throughout the proces I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord EX-L (CVT I4) from Honda Village. Jim, my salesperson, was excellent and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. He respected my opinion/preferences (e.g., communicating by email), proactively communicated when appropriate, and was exceptionally adept at identifying and explaining features of my Accord. In fact, he was able to list, from memory, all of the features of the vehicle in one of the paperwork forms. I did not trade-in a vehicle, so I cannot comment on that process. Since I did the price quote/negotiation process by email, it was a pretty stress-free experience (and a lot less time-consuming). I really appreciated that Jim wasn't at all pushy and didn't badger me at all. If there were more Jims in the car sales world, I think the public would have a much higher opinion of car salespersons. Great experience buying a used car! I met with Johan to look at used cars as my Ford Taurus had over 203,000 miles. He was friendly and sincere in trying to help me locate a used car. Jim talked with us about which features were most important, asked some questions about our lifestyle, and we decided we did want the Fit. He was very helpful, and patient with us. Nice guy. One thing I liked about Jim, that might seem odd to mention: when Jim called my cellphone to set up an appointment, he left a voicemail like a normal person. Some other dealers in the area would just call my cellphone number repeatedly until I picked up, which felt like harassment. More

I have never enjoyed buying a car before, with the whole pressure sales thing you have to go through. Jonathon calmed my nerves, put no pressure on me and sold me the vehicle I was looking for, at a good price. Even after the deal was done, when I found an issue with an item on the car, they fixed it, no questions asked. Not something I expected at all. Jonathon was a gentleman from beginning to end. It was the same way with the finance department, no pressure. I will continue to bring my Pilot in for service, feeling that I will get the same experience in the service department.
