We have been pleased with the excellent service we have received the last three years, and when it came to time to lease two new cars, we chose Honda Village again. We worked with Peter Ly for both these new leases because we found him very knowledgeable, honest and not overly-aggressive in trying to hard-sell us additional products or services we didn't want or need. As far as overall rating, I would have given excellent except the amount of time needed to complete this transaction seemed excessive and geared to the schedule and routine of the dealership, rather than me, the customer. It felt a little like sitting in the waiting room before a MD appointment where the waiting was far longer than the actual appointment. This wasn't Peter's doing: it seemed more connected with all the other people who were involved behind the scenes. More

On the day of the appointment, Josh let me know of a vehicle that had just come in that he thought I might like. Sure enough, Josh had paid attention to my requirements, and the CRV he showed me was perfect in every way. Because of Josh's close attention to what I had expressed about a vehicle, I didn't need to look further. When I let Josh know this was "the one", we then began the paperwork, which went smoothly, with Josh explaining everything clearly. I think this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Later, working with Ivo Petrov, on financing, I had an equally pleasant experience. Everything I experienced at Honda Village was top-notch. It's a welcoming, friendly, professional environment that makes the car-buying experience a true pleasure. More
