At first when I was on the phone with Ali, I made the mistake about something he said, and when I met him I apologized and he was very understanding about it. When I mentioned my concern about a current deal that I had in the works at another Honda dealership, he recommended that I get a preapproval online, which I did and that was wonderful advice from Ali. Also, he texted me after we ended the call to let me know that the car I wanted was available and that was helpful. He was patient with me and my son throughout the day, even when we left for a longer than usual lunch break. He went over the features of the car in detail, and didn't give me a hard time about completing the partially completed Honda Finance application [a different dealer did]. He helped me complete it. He also helped me print out the documentation that was needed [the other dealer didn't] and Ali also understood my concern about recent history on the computer's browser after I printed the info, too, for privacy [the other dealer's sales rep had no idea what I was talking about]. My 2014 Honda Pilot at a previous dealer was a bad experience with the finance department, but Honda Village finance, Jeremy Barber, was helpful and respectful. The finance manager at the other dealership flung the paperwork at me in a rude way when I didn't want to finance the extended warranty and made me feel like crap by stating that I was a "risk liability" for not financing extended warranty. I challenged the other dealer by saying, "Show me in writing and I will," but since he couldn't, I didn't. With Honda Village, the experience was much more pleasant. Jeremy stated, without knowing my history with the current car, "No worries - you can come in a different day, at your convenience, and we can sit down and go over the options. You can purchase the extended warranty after the sale." Both Ali and Jeremy were excellent to work with. The sale went through on March 4, 2017 and I'm poised to be pick up the car today. More

Great car buying experience! I hate car buying but I had a very positive experience at Honda Village. I told the salesman, Josh, what I wanted and what I wanted to pay for it. He found me a car that I loved at a price I wanted to pay. He did ALL the paperwork including insurance forms, and license plates. I showed up at the dealership about a week after I ordered the car and it was ready! Josh explained all the gadgets to me and I was ready to go in less than an hour. It was a really painless way to buy a car. I already owned a Honda CRV and loved it so it wasn't about trying to decide to buy one. It was the great service I received while negotiating the price and the efficiency at Honda Village about delivering what was promised. I would highly recommend this dealership! Ask for Josh and you won't be disappointed. More

We had spoken on the phone several times prior to our meeting. Having thoroughly researched Certified Pre Owned Hondas throughout the region, I knew exactly what I was looking for. I had narrowed my search down to two vehicles, both for sale at Honda Village. From our first telephone conversation right through finalizing the sale, Joshua was professional, respectful, and helpful. I truly appreciated his attentiveness and honesty. When I arrived for our meeting both vehicles were ready for my inspection. I tested both vehicles out and soon came to a decision: I purchased a 2014 pre owned Honda Accord. The whole decision making process was made easy by Mr. Fink's willingness to point out the positive and not so positive attributes of each vehicle I was interested in. What was also refreshing was his attitiude toward my interests in the best choice for my vehicle purchase and his lack of trying to upsell me into a more expensive vehicle or costly add-ons that I did not want nor need. Once I made a decision and consumated the deal, Joshua offered me a courtesy vehicle for my use as my newly purchaseed vehicle would not have been ready until the following day. When I came the next day to get my car, he took the time to ensure that everything was in order with my paperwork and with the car. Even after the sale was completed he took the time to familiarize me with all of the controls and gadgets in my new car. He ensured that I was comfortable both with the purchase and the vehicle before I left the dealership. I had been in the market for a car for four months. I visited four other Honda dealers before I visited Honda Village. The entire experience at Honda Village was fantastic. The other dealers, not so much. In our experience, more and more sales personnel of all types no longer are well-versed in their product. My husband always does his own research on vehicles and was surprised to find that Josh could answer the questions he put forward. Josh was quick to respond to our phone calls and emails if we had a question or needed some type of assistance even when it wasn't directly his area. Josh also made himself available to assist after the sale was made. As many of you know, once a sale has been made, the typical salesperson's helpful manner disappears. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE WITH JOSH FINK. He made me feel as though I was still a priority after the sale. I know that I could call upon him for assistance at any time. The price was excellent, the service was excellent and our Lunar Silver Honda Pilot is super fantastic!! More
