I brought my car in at 7am I didn’t find out what was wrong with my car until 4:30. Normally I would wait for my car but that day I couldn’t. The service rep told me I could text him or call for updates during the day. When I did call the message said he was out of the office and would not be answering any messages. I guess he left. He said I would hear from him by 2pm. I brought my car in for a ac leak recall the rep was telling me that that I didn’t have an extended warranty. I said I’m here for a a recall which was stated on the paperwork I had. The ac leak was covered by the original warranty but 3 other items connected to the AC were not with a $2100 price to fix it. I was stunned did not allow them to do the work. I tried several phone calls before finally getting someone to call me back about 4:00pm. There is also another recall on this car for a fuel pump but the parts aren’t even available till the fall. This car is only 4 years old. I have been buying Toyota’s since 1991. 5 of them. My wife wanted to try a Honda not my idea. I thought the service sucked. I will probably have Honda do the work, I don’t have a choice but it won’t be Honda North. I will never by another Honda ever again. I had some problems with some of my Toyota’s in the past but was always treated as a valued customer even though I wasn’t happy about the problem or the price. This was different I felt I should be grateful to you for no matter how I was treated. More

My recent visit to Honda North for service on my 2023 Accord Hybrid was excellent. I had to get my annual inspection sticker and was out of there in about 1 hour. Wilson Caceres treated me very well with Accord Hybrid was excellent. I had to get my annual inspection sticker and was out of there in about 1 hour. Wilson Caceres treated me very well with his friendly demeanor and was very polite making me feel very at home given the current construction activities and temporary waiting area set up in a mobile trailer. I had to go to Service to schedule an appointment. It was quick and easy and while I was there, I had an oil change that was exceptionally fast and everything was done correctly. Allison was very helpful in scheduling my appointment and letting me know what service items would be needed; oil change only. As requested she made sure a loaner car would be available. An oil change and detailing had been scheduled. There was a delay in completing detailing which he called and explained. The car was then ready when he advised. I had my Air Condition fixed the other day. Domenic waited on me and cheerfully took care of everything. When my car wasn’t finished at the end of the day he gave me a loaner for the night.
