Attentive and courteous Had to reschedule the oil change service til afternoon, and Honda was able to accommodate. The service representative I dealt with was Debbie Seeger. When I arrived, I mistakenly scheduled a doctor's appointment 4 Stacia DeLaney was so informative over the phone while I tried to make my appointment. When I arrived, I mistakenly scheduled a doctor's appointment 4 hours after my repair time. She was most accommodating in trying to get me out as soon as possible. I only had to wait 3 1/2 hours which was perfect. She kept me informed about the progress because I waited for the car in their waiting room. More
