Hello, we recently purchased a 2025 honda civic sport touring hybrid. With the help of Mr. Tommy Kuper the process went smoothly. He is very respectful and knowledgeable, he was a pleasure to work with.
Ray in sales was great, from the 1st call to driving off the lot with my new used truck everything went well, nothing but smooth. He worked my deal quickly and all over the phone and no surprises when I got there, The vehicle itself was better than I thought and clean in and out. Tim in financing was very professional and all business and wasted no time. I was working two deals with other dealerships prior to this one and both were disasters. So 5star for these folks , They did well , Thanks, Ed .
Got charged $1247.42 for ignition key replacement. ($501.05 charged for lock assembly and $690 for labor, $56.37 for sales tax for a total of $1247.42) I felt like I got gouged. They said they programmed new keys but that's nonsense. The two new keys provided were just plain keys with no electronics. Not happy!
Ray Agasang is a honest and great person a scale one to 100. He’s 100% great he’s honest and to the point.
Back in February 8th I brought my vehicle in for service and one of their technicians took it out for a test drive. He got involved into an accident and they totaled my car, after 2/3 months of wait the liable party is still unknown. Their insurance paid for the loan because I decided not to keep my car. But in the meantime I was never provided nor rental neither reimbursement for the extra months I paid without having my car in my posesión. I continue to call to be assisted. They offer you call back but still nothing. Insurance sends me a 200$ check because that’s my equity from loan amount. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. Sales department is a whole different Story. If you buy a car here, just don’t provide your trust to no one in the service department. Because they won’t take care of you as they promise, neither they feel bad as they say they do.
Came in for a AC service for the first time, service manager Cody said that my AC is contaminated which I know is impossible because it’s new and I never touch the AC, he then said that it is not gonna be under warranty and recommended me to take it to a AC specialist which I did and they said that it’s not contaminated. I’m giving this a bad review because they just charge me over $200 for diagnostic just for them to tell me that it’s not under warranty and they’re not gonna work on it.
