Bought 2025 Pilot on Memorial Day 2024, and have problems with driver window rolling down. Service person NEVER gets back to get this fixed. Hi, I went for oil change, and they never have a service manager he always is on vacation, They have a special $99 and I had a Costco cupón and they do not combine , but I read restriction and it do not s manager he always is on vacation, They have a special $99 and I had a Costco cupón and they do not combine , but I read restriction and it do not say anything like it I just let it go but always they have issues with the representatives, the guy that helped me he got mad cos I told him I have a cupón And he made his paper work already Whatsoever bad actitud always with some of them , that’s way they always are hiring new people More
I have been to a few Honda Service Departments through my different cars lives, and by far Honda Lancaster has had the worst service I have had to deal with. They never answer the phone when you call, or do different cars lives, and by far Honda Lancaster has had the worst service I have had to deal with. They never answer the phone when you call, or do they call you when your vehicle is done, they text, so you can't ask any questions. Finally, when I picked up my car, they had me waiting 20 minutes before they brought it out. Never coming to this Honda dealership for Service again. More
I just bought my car there . It started as an internet deal first mistake . We know how sales men are in person online they can’t be trusted . That’s probably why he actually didn’t even work there he was from suburb but if it wasn’t for him I honestly probably would have left that place just a complete stressful mess . I highly recommend buying your next car at this friendly honda dealership. I had a lease that was way over on miles. I honestly did not think I would be able to go home with a new car. He made my buying experience amazing he got me out of my lease that i was drowning in with a reasonable monthly payment. He is truly an expert that helped me weigh out my options. I recently picked up a new 2023 Honda CRV EX-L from Honda Lancaster. I worked out the numbers on the new car and my trade-in upfront with great customer service from the General Manager (Angel Ascencio) and Lancaster. I live in Northridge so it was important to get the majority of details resolved before making the one hour commute to Lancaster. Everything was delivered upon as promised and I am completely satisfied. Thanks Angel and Leo for making the entire process smooth from start to finish. More

No experience with sales but their service lane has a terrible process in place. I hate that this is the only dealer close enough for routine maintenance and warranty work. The staff seem nice enough but the efficiency is abysmal. My co-worker has also had a similar experience. When she arrived with a scheduled appointment she was told it would take 5 hours for an oil change. I think this completely unacceptable. I have a Toyota also and get it serviced at the dealer just down the street. They do things how it should be done. I likely wouldn’t buy a Honda from this dealer just because of they extremely bad service lane. More
Sept 15, 2021 I had appointment 9:15 (arrived before 9 am) for 1st oil change and service. 12:15 the service was completed. No one informed me my vehicle was completed.
