We went into Bellevue Honda knowing exactly which car we wanted. Dennis was very friendly when we met him and as we explained what we were looking for. In fact the next day he called us and said he found the only model on the west coast that was exactly what we had requested, and it was on its way to Bellevue that day. We came in that day completed all the paperwork and were excited about our new car. When we picked up the car Dennis spent nearly an hour with me going over all the details of the car. Our car had a lot of electronic components and he was incredibly helpful in showing me how everything worked. This was the third car we have purchased from Bellevue Honda in 18 years and I will happily purchase my next car there as well. I really liked my salesperson Tom, he was extremely helpful and friendly and made the car buying experience tolerable. Tom had nothing to do with this but this is where I felt the most pressure (which I did not succumb to) in purchasing "extras" I really didn't need. The employee that was in charge of the final paperwork was nice but I feel if I hadn't been paying attention, or I didn't have my husband with me, I would have been duped into many needless things. The explanations were hurried and rushed through and paperwork was pushed in front of me with a pen without telling me that this particular item was "extra" and would be added on to the purchase price of the car. Also, the process of trading in my former car was a bit of a hassle. I understand dealerships need to make money but to insult my intelligence with the offer of $8000.00 for my used 2007 Accord was a little much. I negotiated for more and was 90% satisfied with the trade-in price but I found it on the internet for sale for almost $5000.oo more than I received. My car was in near perfect condition and I'm quite positive it needed nothing more than a detail. But like I said previously, Tom was great. I would highly recommend him to anybody in the market for a Honda. More
