What Others Say

It was a pleasure experience to deal with Honda Bellevue, Melvin was my sales person, he handle the sale positively and clearly in a professional way. Kevin; the manager did a great job at after sale follow up. I got Honda accord hybrid 2022 in a very good condition last month.

I had a disappointing experience with this dealership. The sales team displayed dishonesty and poor customer service. Their bait-and-switch tactics seemed designed only to get us through the door. Fortunately, we decided to leave and found much better service at another dealership, where we ultimately purchased our vehicle.

All I can say is this place is shady and dishonest. I helped my brother purchase a used Tesla Model 3 from this dealership, and the experience was frustrating at best and shady at worst. We spent over an hour negotiating the price down by $1,500, which they agreed to. But when we sat down to finalize the paperwork, they had quietly adjusted the numbers to sneak the price back up close to the original. If we hadn’t caught it at the last minute, we would’ve been scammed into paying full price. When we called it out, they gave a weak apology and pretended it was an “honest mistake,” but there was no question what we negotiated. It felt deliberate. I also called the manager afterward to explain what happened, and after our initial conversation, he informed me he would look into the matter and call me back the very next day. Well could you guess that call never came. And when I tried to reach out again they just took my name and number and still haven't called me back. Be very careful if you choose to buy from here. Triple-check the paperwork — they will absolutely try to pull a fast one if you’re not paying close attention.

Honda of Bellevue is an absolute nightmare and I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this location. I’m not someone who writes reviews (positive or negative) but I’m so incensed by this recent experience. We purchased a slightly used Honda Passport back in early Feb (~3K miles) which they sold as “new” because it had never been licensed (suspicious already and a red flag). Against our better judgment, we purchased the car anyway because it was in reasonably good shape and exactly what we were looking for. By early April, some kind of condensation had formed behind the temperature control screen, making it appear foggy. I spoke to the service manager, Mike about this who took a few half-xxx pictures, sent them to Honda corporate and then refused to cover the damage under the warranty that was still on the car. They accused us of somehow causing the damage - I don’t even know how we could have done this. I’m someone who’s always taken really good care of my cars and to be accused of this was rather offensive. We hadn’t even had the car for three months and it’s barely driven. Overall huge headache, a lot of wasted time spent and horrific customer service. Honda of Bellevue might be a good purchasing experience for most, but just hope nothing goes wrong.

Mohamed Mdarhri was our sales man and he was absolutely great! He listened to what we were looking for and help us find what we were exactly looking for. The process was easy

They just like to deal in numbers . Once the car been sold don’t care who you are .
