Signing paper was the usual process, which is the part that I normally do not enjoy, but I have to say that the person handling the transaction made the difference. He was very understanding, kind and professional. I truly felt like that I can come to these folks again for my future car trade-in/purchase occasions. One thing I learned was that what was advertised for lease does not exactly match in terms of price because it does not include work or upgrade individual dealers may put into the basic models. That part threw me off because I was not expecting to negotiate the price at all this time. I think it may be America Honda issue, not necessarily Bellevue Honda issue. I highly recommend Tom Kim for your future purchase sales associate. More

We came to the Honda Auto Center of Bellevue with one goal, to find my Smokey Topaz colored Honda Odyssey EX-L and trade in my old SUV. We were greeted immediately and Rich had the car I was looking for goal, to find my Smokey Topaz colored Honda Odyssey EX-L and trade in my old SUV. I was able to take the car for a drive while Rich explained to me all the good things about the van. I came to the dealership with financing already set up. Rich was able to find me a better financing option that saved me over $5,000 in interest!!!!
