My experience with hollywood Kia was great. No one pressured me. I knew what I want and Carlos Salazar was my sales person who was really helpful and not pressuring me to try to tell me somethi No one pressured me. I knew what I want and Carlos Salazar was my sales person who was really helpful and not pressuring me to try to tell me something I came with an idea and I left with that car that I dream of it. I really don’t like to go to dealership because that process stress me, but Carlos handle it very well. Carlos Salazar is a great sales person and it’s funny because he love to go skiing in my home country in Europe and that break the ice during the sale. My oil change and tire rotation appointment was at 8:15 and you took 3 hours to complete the job after I was told it was going to take 1.5 hours. When I first inquire about uber rides I was informed that and you took 3 hours to complete the job after I was told it was going to take 1.5 hours. When I first inquire about uber rides I was informed that it was not offer for short wait, after about 2.5 I was offered an uber ride home that I refused, it should have been granted at the beginning.
