I recently purchase my second RV from Holiday World in Katy, Texas. There entire staff are wonderful to work with. She understood exactly what I was looking for and found it for me. With that experience in mind, I'm now back to purchase my "Dream" camper, a Cougar Fifth Wheel. With the wonderful experience I had with Holiday World and Ms. Vicki, the choice was easy where to purchase this next camper. I'm now the proud owner of a beautiful Cougar Fifth Wheel. Their Airstream customer service is awful. I have been trying to get the a/c on my 2022 Globetrotter repaired since May, and it is still not fixed and no end date in sight. Highly disappointed in customer service. We arrive to look at a new travel trailer. We decided that we liked one and put a 1500 deposit down to hold onto the trailer until the purchase deal We arrive to look at a new travel trailer. We decided that we liked one and put a 1500 deposit down to hold onto the trailer until the purchase deal was complete. We spoke with finance who had us sign a purchase agreement but did not show us the back of the agreement instead just showed us what we wanted to see. We had multiple issues with them about trying to schedule pick up and actually caught salesman Rico in a lie where he stated we had to pick up the trailer by a certain date in order to get the trailer off the lot. I called Frank (manager) where he had no knowledge of Rico saying this and stated that Rico just wanted to get his sale in before the end of the month to reach his quota. Also spoke with Trent (manage) who failed to ever reach back with us regarding our concerns. We ended up going home and calculating the weight and realized that we were not going to be able to tow that trailer. We reached out to Frank again where he told us we would have to forfeit our deposit. They are snakes. We are reaching out to a legal team to help us get our money back. More

We purchased a 5th wheel camper from them roughly two months ago. While we were there there was an issue with the living room slide out. They did "repair" it while we were there. That lasted about three times of putting the slide in and out and now the slide out will not go out again. The fire place is not working and they were supposed to ship a new insert and never did. They could not find the key to the garage door on the back so they were supposed to ship that and also never did I cannot get ahold of anyone ever and no one has any answers. The customer service is horrible and they do not honor their promises/commitments. I would never do business with them again. More

Purchased a 2022 Grand Design 5th wheel here in February. Cosme Rico was the sales rep that worked with us while we determined exactly what would best fit our needs. He was very patient while we weight the various features of seveal models. under consideration. We are experienced RVers and pretty well knew what we wanted/needed but checking out the various features and options does take thought and time. In fact, we had to visit with Rico on four different occasions to make sure we were satisfied with the final selection. That done, some modifications/additions were required. The folks in the parts area were very helpful in this effort. Mike in the make ready did a great job of installing the washer and dryer and completing some modifications we requested. He cleaned up the unit and everything was excellent. All the staff at Holiday World that we dealt with during our transactions were friendly, helpful and courteous. Thank Holiday World of Katy for making our purchase a great experience. More

Holiday World Katy has the worst service department I have ever experienced !!! I have owned a motorhome for over 25 years and know what’s going on. I had to take the coach in numerous on top of numerous have ever experienced !!! I have owned a motorhome for over 25 years and know what’s going on. I had to take the coach in numerous on top of numerous times to have warranty work done. when I finally got in after a four month wait for an appointment with an issue (heated floors have never worked) that I had been dealing with for two years they tell me it is not warrantable. The workman ship is unbelievable… no one has knowledge of anything. When I picked my couch up the last time after the new air conditioner went out there was soot and particles all over my bed and I also found nine screws on my bed. Every time I have picked up my coach after having some repairs done it has been a mess to clean up from there work … after getting my coach home and going on the first trip after repairs the rear air conditioner will not come on unless you have the front air conditioner on. The workmanship knowledge of this service department is lacking in every issue. Also a main issue that I have towed them about what is the heated floor has never worked and now they are telling me it is unwarrantable. I said I said also a main issue that I have told I have told them about OKI am very disgusted with this company as you can tell!!!. for over a year and a half we had no toilets that would work they would get one working then the other one would not work these are electric toilets and evidently the servicemen have no knowledge of how to correct this.. out on a trip it was unbelievable having to have this nice coach and having to go to a wash house…. it was really unacceptable. I have had a lot of issues to be repaired on this 2020 discovery coach.
