Sideswiped MR2 I brought my MR2 to Hoffman after another driver changed lanes into my rear quarter panel, scraping above the wheel well and all the way onto the driv I brought my MR2 to Hoffman after another driver changed lanes into my rear quarter panel, scraping above the wheel well and all the way onto the driver's side door. I chose Hoffman because James Nadolny was patient and thorough going over the car to assess the damage, when I first got the estimate. I went to five body shops for estimates; I wanted to be confident that I was bringing my car to a shop that would deliver good results. James gave me that confidence because he was careful and patient with the car. At one point, he assembled a few people to look at MR2, because he wasn't sure about a particular area of repair. I liked that; it made it clear to me that he was serious about getting it right. Hoffman was able to deal successfully with my insurance company to arrange for all of the repairs; this required negotiating a supplemental check from the insurance company. And, finally, the car came out great. This new body panels match the old very well; the paint job looks clean and careful. (And they buffed the car all over, to make sure it matched.) The new panel tolerances are consistent. In fact, the car looks much better than it did *before* the accident. They even cleaned up an extra area of the car--my headlights. The repair job was first-rate even without this polishing of the headlights, but it's further evidence of what I thought when I first got the estimate: James and the team there were serious about getting the car right. I highly recommend this body shop. A great experience. More

Acorn Dent In Hood Since I park my car in my garage all the time, I was particularly upset when I was driving to the supermarket and on a side road an acorn came down li Since I park my car in my garage all the time, I was particularly upset when I was driving to the supermarket and on a side road an acorn came down like a missile from a very tall oak tree that was hanging over the road and put a small dent in the hood of my new Murano. I made an appointment with Hoffmann to have the dent removed and at the appointed time and day, met with a very nice man there who had the dent removed in less than 10 minutes! I am very happy with the results as you cannot tell that there was ever a dent there. More

Accident damage to passenger quarter panel and bumper I had just moved into new apt on Mon and had started a 2 week vacation and had an accident on Tue and my car wasn't drivable. A representative of my insurance company called me on Wed and told me they had a Direct Repair Program with Hoffman Auto Body which is where I bought the car. They gave me a referral number to give the appraiser at Hoffman. I figured I was going to be running around the rest of the week and I wasn't going to see or get my car fixed for a month. I went to Hoffman the same day, spoke with the receptionist and in 30 seconds I was reviewing my situation with an appraiser, Tyler Gnitzcavich. He zoomed through all the paperwork, appraised my car, contacted the insurance company and gave them all the information they needed for approval. Tyler was gracious, considerate, extremely helpful and very efficient. He completely made me feel that he had everything under control and he did. After we finished the appraisal process Tyler had my car fixed so I could drive it. The insurance company gave there approval Fri morning. Tyler called me and told me I could bring my car in for repairs that afternoon. He arranged for a rental car that would be brought to the shop and picked up at the shop when my car was ready. He told me when my car would be ready and it was ready like he said. The auto body shop did a wonderful job with the car. He took care of everything so well all I had to do was wait and my vacation was not a complete loss. I have nothing but praise for the whole process between my insurance company and Hoffman Auto Body shop. It went so smoothly I just couldn't believe it. This was my first accident in 50 years of driving. Not that I ever want to have another accident but if I did I know where I will be bringing it. Thank you Tyler and Hoffman Auto Body for such exceptional service. More
