I recently had my car repaired here. I dropped my car off and was told it would be ready in 12 days for pick up. On the estimated date I had not received a single update the whole time m I dropped my car off and was told it would be ready in 12 days for pick up. On the estimated date I had not received a single update the whole time my car was in the shop, so I called and was told it should be ready the following monday (3 days later). I received no phone call monday, so I called them around 3pm, to be told it would be ready Wednesday. I spoke to the secretary and asked for her to call me and leave a voicemail on Wednesday with an update if the car was ready or not since I work night and would likely be sleeping, she agreed. I received no phone call, and when I called at 3pm again, she yelled at me, saying she didn't get an update until I called and she had to ASK while I was on the phone with her. She then proceeded to yell at me, saying the car won't be ready until Friday, and that I can NOT call her, that she would call me. Guess what? Friday came, no call. Called Monday, at open, didn't get a return call till 2pm saying the car was ready. 12 days, was now 21. When I picked my car up, there was a box of car parts on my passenger seat, my driver door speakers. They refused to put them back in saying they were broken when dropped off, which they were not. They were left for the manager to contact me, who still has not. The chrome pieces on my door were never put back, and part of my side view mirror was never assembled so wires are hanging out of it. I have reached out to the manager 3 times. No response STILL. Reached out to my insurance, and am taking my car to a different dealer because this was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a collision center. They are truly unprofessional, unreliable, and should not be trusted with the repairs of anyone's car. More

Terrible Job / Excessively Long I was talked into going to this shop by my insurance company. That was a mistake. It took the shop 32 days to do a 9 day repair. They never called to update me on the progress, the only way to find out what was going on was to keep calling myself. That is a long time to be paying for a rental car. When I did finally get my car back the paint did not match, the body panels where misaligned, there was damage to the interior, a pile of screws was left in the cup holder from who knows where, the windows did not all work, the wheel was rubbing and they charged me $700 for a set of tires I did not want. This was such a terrible job I won’t even go back there to have them fix it. I do not want them anywhere near my car again. Surprising that this is shop can stay in business. More

Great repair/Quicker than anticipated Hoffman Toyota Auto Body Repair Center of West Simsbury did a very fine job repairing my Toyota Venza after a minor accident that nonetheless required Hoffman Toyota Auto Body Repair Center of West Simsbury did a very fine job repairing my Toyota Venza after a minor accident that nonetheless required a full rear bumper replacement. Although they had a full schedule, Chris and his manager were diligent in ensuring the repairs were perfomed professionally and completely and the repairs were finished a few days earlier than expected. They were attentive to all our concerns and my vehicle came out as good as new. I highly recommend Chris and the Hoffman Toyota Auto Body Repair Center to anyone needing repairs by highly capable and qualified professionals. Steve More

They did a great job Car came back looking great, customer service was clearly a top priority. Everyone was fantastic to deal with and easy to get in touch with. Also, they always had snacks and coffee, which helped keep the kids busy when we did have to wait. I would deff go back here to get body work done if I needed to. Tyler was great. More
