I loved interacting with John. He was very friendly and personable. When I came to pick up my car, he spent a lot of time explaining all of the features. I really appreciated that because there was a lot personable. When I came to pick up my car, he spent a lot of time explaining all of the features. I really appreciated that because there was a lot I didn't know. He was great during the test drive and kept us entertained while waiting for all of the financing details to be worked out. I would definitely trust him to sell me another car. The price for the vehicle was good and the financing rate was lower than the pre-approved rate and loan that I had set up with USAA. I took the Wells Fargo loan offered by the dealership. I also bought the extended warrantee and the additional warranty for the lost keys and tires. I was buying a used BMW and I had been advised by friends and relatives that these were good things to get. I found my car on the internet while doing a search for a low mileage, not more than three years old, BMW. It was the lowest priced 2011 3 series sedan that I could find that was automatic and AWD. The website said the mileage was 16082, but when I got the car it was 17123. That was a little disappointing. 1000 miles more is quite a lot. I had a few extra hoops to jump through because I live in MA and purchased in CT. Also my insurance carrier is USAA and they do not have a MA office, so the paperwork had to be overnighted to San Antonio and back. I bought on a Thursday and could not pick up until the following Saturday. The 8 days was long time to wait, but could not be avoided. I did call twice to check on the progress. If I had to be critical, I would say that I would have liked a call or two during the 8 days that I was waiting just to give me an update without having to call myself. I got a call on the Friday after purchase, but after that, I was the one doing the calling. Thanks again for my "new" BMW. More
Paul was friendly and did not pressure us as some salesmen do at other locations. He was knowledgeable about the truck we bought. When we showed a lower price at a competetor's they beat it. I arrived early and they still took the car immediately. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. No complaints at all with Hoffman Nissan.
