Good experience with Hoffman Autobody I have an Audi Q-5, and I was in an accident in January. We took the car to 2 places for an estimate, and we went with Hoffmann. There was a lot of d I have an Audi Q-5, and I was in an accident in January. We took the car to 2 places for an estimate, and we went with Hoffmann. There was a lot of damage to the car, and it took a month to fix the car. Hoffmann was great in dealing with the other driver's insurance company as well. We had to return the car once as something wasn't working, but they accommodated us by picking the car up and returning when repairs were finished. More

Angelo went above and beyond I met with Angelo for scratches to my hood and windshield area on both sides. He stated that he could buff these out and I scheduled a full detail aft I met with Angelo for scratches to my hood and windshield area on both sides. He stated that he could buff these out and I scheduled a full detail after my car was to be serviced. Upon picking up the car at I noticed the driver's side scratches were not taken care of. I pointed this out to Kevin at Lexus service who took the time to compound the scratches out and stayed late to accomplish this. The reason I ma giving 2 stars is that the body shop did do a good job on half the hood. I want to give Kevin 5 stars. Angelo reached out to me after writing this review and re-detailed my vehicle I was rather impressed he took the time to not only reach out to me but hand wax my vehicle himself. More

Great Problem Solvers George and his crew made us look good again. Our car was sideswiped and was not looking too good.
