When I was having issues with my previous vehicle, I went to Hinshaw's and worked with Becki who helped my wife and I a week before find a car for my mother-in-law. Cheryl was very friendly and helpful. We wanted a 1-2 yr. old car for a reasonable price. After several minutes of discussion she brought around a van that fit our needs and more. She answered all of our questions but did not pressure us. Had not planned to buy on this day but ended up with the exact vehicle that we need. It was a three to four hour process which is fairly normal from our experience. She did a couple of extra things for us ( some water and a little snack) since we had missed lunch. That has never been done before in the past. I would definitely do business there again, especially with Cheryl. More
