We showed up on a whim just before closing on Halloween night. We were NOT expecting to drive away with the nicest car we have ever owned! They let us look around without "attacking" us. When it was clear we had a few questions they greeted us right away. We had 2 small children who were restless with us.... no problem. They had snacks, hot chocolate, balloons, and a play area for them. They later said, "that was the best time ever!" The staff was NOT pushy at all! They were honest and gave us a great price we could handle. The staff walked us through everything and we were in and out with a car we love in no time. Great experience! When I was having issues with my previous vehicle, I went to Hinshaw's and worked with Becki who helped my wife and I a week before find a car for my mother-in-law.
