I texted Cheryl off a Craigslist ad over a few days about a 2010 Honda Insight. She didn't come off as aggressive and responded to all of my questions directly. Talked to Mike about a possible transmission issue right after buying a used car from their dealership. Nothing ended being wrong but I felt as if the department took their time to research my concerns to c after buying a used car from their dealership. I don't have a spare key and the service department was closed. The staff there was great in helping me get access to the car, it took a little detective work to find the master key and I left with my badge.
