Mr. Bracy greeted me i I received outstanding customer service from Mr. Kevin Bracy, service advisor, in particular, and in general from Hilltop Kia. Mr. Bracy greeted me in a polite and genuinely friendly and cheerful manner upon my arrival for service to my KIA. He was very professional in his demeanor and very clear in summarizing all aspects of the components of service to be done, and he gave an accurate estimate time for completion of service. Mr. Bracy took time to find me in the waiting lounge to let me know the status of service progress and the estimated time remaining for completion. His customer service extended to accompanying me to the payment counter and escorting me to my washed and awaiting KIA. Hilltop KIA is lucky have to Mr. Bracy as a member of their staff. Additionally, and importantly, the quality of work was excellent. More

Asking for a brochure I had arrived to pick up my Kia which was in for its annual service. While waiting to pick it up I went into Ford and asked for a Kia plugin brochure. I had arrived to pick up my Kia which was in for its annual service. While waiting to pick it up I went into Ford and asked for a Kia plugin brochure. The salesperson called over Terrance to help me, not realizing I was in the Ford showroom, I followed Terrance down to the Kia showroom. Terrance went out of his way to help me, walking throughout the Kia lot and then I said let's talk figures. We went back to Ford where Tertance drove down 3 different models of Kia. I knew I wanted to trade up, and if the price was acceptable I was ready to buy. I ended up getting a Kia plugin. I said to Terrance wasn't that easy. You just never know that when somone asks for a brochure that it could end up in a sale. More
