A Ford salesman introduced himself in the hall way and offered to answer any questions we had about our Kia Niro. We did have questions about synching the iPhone 7 GPS to the dashboard screen and voice control. The original salesperson was busy, but yet another Ford salesperson was happy to help us, even though we had a Kia. The questions were answered/problems solved. To be treated to courtesy AND a free car wash every time, is amazing!!!! More
