I have purchased many vehicles over the past 40 years most of them were Hondas. I have always been delighted with Honda vehicles. The last one I purchased at Hill Country Honda about 2 months ago. Was not happy with answer I was given by your cashier at Tire service department she needs to be trained on how to answer questions. Costumer doesn't like to hear that costumer service and there department Tire service department she needs to be trained on how to answer questions. Costumer doesn't like to hear that costumer service and there department aren't in the same page.!!! When it comes to pricing or doing things which didn't sit right with my purchase.. if I am given a price quote for a Tire from your costumer service department in full... When I get there it should be that price Not changed cause I am told O they don't KNOW how we work back here So it's this!! Not good on business!!! A business should have a TEAM of workers working together. NOT O I am better then they don't KNOW Ext.... as a costumer I avoid back and forth unperfesional confusion!!!! More
