Let me say… I really don’t like dealing with salespeople, but Mike Stephens at Hewlett VW was amazing and made our experience flawless. We had another dealership in the Houston area put us in a Lease and have yet to mention how many miles a year we could drive. I recommend buying a car from Hewlett VW! They followed up after reasonable time and even let me take the certified vehicle I was considering home for the weekend to make sure it was a good fit before purchase. Car dealerships are stet up to waste your time and keep you there for hours. I am not sure why they think this model works. Ophelia and Cain worked hard together to make sure that my time was valued and they were able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner and get me in and out of there. They made my experience so much better with there personalities. I felt like I was talking with friends and not salesmen. Thank you for your help with getting a new car. More
I scheduled an appointment for 8:30 AM on 10/5 and when I arrived, I was greeted with a hello, a fee and was told it will be about 2 hours. Normally, oil changes don't take two hours but I did opt for the free alignment check. After two hours of sitting in the lobby, I walked up to the service writer and inquired about the status of my vehicle and with out any eye contact, the service writer said "it's in the line". Wanting more clarification, I asked; "what does 'in the line' mean?" and she snapped her head and said, "It's in line to get done". I was taken aback at her demeanor and said "You mean to tell me that after two hours, my vehicle hasn't been touched, at all?" to which she replied, 'no, it hasn't'. I asked for my vehicle back and she replied with a simple, "ok". I called and emailed a manager to offer my feedback and share my experience and requested a return call but never received one. After 24 hours of no response, I contacted the director, Mr. Fornshell and left him a voicemail and email requesting the same. I received a return call a couple hours later and shared with him my experience. He listened to what I had to said all he can do is apologize. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership in 2018 and have been a loyal customer to this location. The lack of service and poor resolution put a stop to that. I was told the service has "gone downhill" but I certainly did not expect that. After reading the other reviews, it seems it is. More
I had such a great experience here. Our sales man Trevor was such an angel. He was the best. He made it fun and easy, I didn’t feel pressured what so ever.
