BUYERS/LEASERS BEWARE! !!!!!! Seems like since Don Hewlett passed, all of his employees decided to not care anymore. Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever worked with. !!!!!! Seems like since Don Hewlett passed, all of his employees decided to not care anymore. Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever worked with. We lease a car through them, and their service is abysmal. I had 3 recalls, took it in, promised a fix in 24 hours. During the "24 hours" I was contacted to "upgrade" or pay more money for things. I declined. Never received a call that the car was finished. Called the second they opened on Monday and they said they were just waiting to see if I wanted to pay for the extra things they suggested. Told them I needed the car for work as I explained before, and they said they would have it ready in front. Paid for Uber to get there, the car was nowhere in sight. In fact, the service manager was not there. After 1 hour, they finally gave me my car. It was completely dirty, and depleted of its battery power (it's electric). I called and they said, it is our policy to not charge cars for service, yet they used up the battery to "test drive their fixes". In addition to this nonsense, after 1 day of it being in service, I get a call from one of their sales people saying our car is in hot demand and they would love to purchase it off us and completely low balled us saying market value was 50% percent less than an easy google search showed. Pathetic company. BUYERS/LEASERS BEWARE!!!!!!! More
