I messaged the dealership a week before I was able to make it out there to look at a new vehicle. When I made it out, Cain greeted me and showed me the car I was interested in. I had an accident that totaled my 2020 Jetta R, I dropped it off next door at the collision center, and Darrell was amazing! He was kind, helpful, and reassuring during a really stressful time. That alone made such a difference. With my crazy luck, I met Ophelia there when I dropping off my totaled car, and a week later when I came in to purchase a new 2026 Taos, she ended up being my salesperson! The universe is funny like that! Ophelia was absolutely ✨ INCREDIBLE ✨ throughout the buying process — fun, patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. She made everything feel easy and comfortable.
