I'm sure, like most people, purchasing a car is not something I look forward to, but the experience was exceptional, and in fact, enjoyable. The level of communication, care, and genuine concern for helping make the best decision was well above my expectations. Every previous car purchase in my life was simply transactional; find what you hope is a decent car and fight for what you hope is a decent price. This was a much different experience, and that can be attributed to Cain, Skylar, and hopefully the way the dealership trains the entire staff.
