I shopped at 11 or 12 dealerships before landing here. You name it- Land Rover. Mercedes, Ford, Bob Bell… I am a loyal Mercedes customer but I was exploring the option of a certified pre owned Jeep. When You name it- Land Rover. Mercedes, Ford, Bob Bell… I am a loyal Mercedes customer but I was exploring the option of a certified pre owned Jeep. When I called Heritage, I immediately connected with Mike C. He heard my goals, met my appointment request asap, and then his concierge called me later that day to confirm I’d be there. Upon arrival, he was ready for me. He was respectful of my time. He heard me out and understood quickly I had a specific set of criteria in order to make a purchase and he exceeded all expectations. Within 24 hours he brought the specific vehicle in, brought me back to drive it, looped in his finance manager and got me numbers. Within 48 hours of my original phone call, all my needs were met (and exceeded), I got a great price on my trade in, the Jeep was certified, and I was driving off the lot. Two days after I left with my car, he called me personally to make sure I was satisfied and to see if everything was functional and as promised. I can’t say enough positive things about this level of service. I appreciate you taking such great care of me! More
