Maia is an outstanding salesperson. In my experience in buying a VW, she was very responsive, took much time to ascertain my driving needs, she knows the art of listening to her customer. Furthermore she was extremely friendly and kind , making the whole purchasing experience a rather pleasant one. Maia was helpful with information about my new car AFTER the purchase: offering to help me with tags transfer and going so far as delivering my new car to me the same afternoon, which solved some transportation issues.
