Heritage, sold me a crappy car for my 17 year old daughter and not a month later it was back in the shop. Ever since then we have been having the same problems with it, it has been in the shop at lea daughter and not a month later it was back in the shop. Ever since then we have been having the same problems with it, it has been in the shop at least 4 times for the same thing. Now that my warranty expired all of a sudden the problems are not covered and it’s over $2500 even though the last time we were there was April 2022 . Basically he told my daughter it’s not his problem and sent her on her way. On top of that they lost the keys when she went to go and pick it up. Today she calls to let them know we’re having it towed to a real dealership and they didn’t even ask for her name. I will never do business with anyone there again! More
