The overall customer service was prompt and professional with no discrepancies(my husband had spoken to Mr. Heis by phone before we met with him in person, so any information that needed to be submitted before the sale was available, thus, making the transaction much easier to execute). We got the car for a good price and completed the entire process in no more that 2 hours. It was the best experience we ever had with a car purchase. More
