This is third new car I have purchased(first time at Heritage tho)and I have never had a salesman be as thorough as Greg. He was also friendly and outgoing. Even though I had just "dropped" in, Greg also had an appointment around the same time and I did not at any point feel less important, or slighted. I wasn't waiting around forever either. Karen in financing was wonderful as well. She made all that paperwork seem like a breeze without leaving any detail out and answered all my questions. I had had a bad experience when I came into that very dealership about 3 months ago, when no one had acknowledged my presence after sitting in the lobby for 30 mins, and I had an appointment!!! The only reason I came back was because they were the closest VW dealership and I had my sights set on the Tiguan. Greg and Karen more than made up for that! More

Instead, he called me and offered to special order a car with the options I wanted as well as the color I wanted. Howard kept me up to date with the delivery of the car over the course of 12 weeks. When it arrived, it was better than I expected. The price was even a bit less than if I had bought the original car. Howard also got me a great trade in amount for my old "beater". I would buy another VW from Howard. He treated me fairly and honestly, despite my "incident" with a deer on the first test drive. More
