I am a first time car buyer and my experience at this dealership was outstanding. Mr. Nick Maranto helped me purchase the car I wanted at a very reasonable and affordable price, the same price I expected dealership was outstanding. Mr. Maranto made the purchasing process very simple; all I had to do was sign my name a few times and give him information and he took care of the rest. Additionally, Mr. Maranto was very kind and friendly. He was incredibly knowledgeable and if he did not know the answer to one of my questions, he was quick to ask another employee for an answer. I would also like to point out that Mr. Maranto is excellent at communicating with people. He was very good at telling about himself so that you get to know him and also asking you questions so that he can get to know you. He was able to keep the conversation going making the overall process seem quick and he has a great sense of humor. This made me feel very comfortable and I left the dealership as if I had known the guy for years. To wrap it up, my overall experience was easy, fast, comfortable and welcoming, exactly what I look for in car dealerships. I bought a New Beetle in June 2010 and felt at the time it was the right car for me. Nothing wrong with the car, I just changed my mind and traded it in on Tuesday for a 2010 EOS. Herb Randolph was my sales person with both cars. He explained everything I needed to know about the car and was so patient. Herb didn't put any sales pressure on me and we had a lot of fun making a flip video with the EOS. Herb is wonderful. I also want to say thanks to Karen Joyce who is also wonderful. She was so great finding the color combination I wanted. When I came into the Heritage VW on Tuesday all my paper work was ready and waiting. Mel in finance is great too. Herb and Mark were WONDERFUL! I walked in and said, this is what i want, this is what i need my payment to be, and this is how much i can put down. Within 25 minutes I was test driving my soon to be new (us is what i want, this is what i need my payment to be, and this is how much i can put down. Within 25 minutes I was test driving my soon to be new (used) Jetta! They did all the could do for me that night, even though we walked in close to closing time. Before we left, i had a promise of a call back by 10 am, the next day and Mark was 99% sure the financing would work out how we needed it to. Indeed it did! I was able to go down after work the next day and sign the papers. It was a quick process, and Herb was very thorough in showing me all the bells and whistles to my new jetta! First of all, Avery was AWESOME!! Very patient, understanding and thorough in finding out what my needs were (I knew exactly what I was going there for.) No haggle - internet pricing was great.
