After calling several dealerships and getting the run around and being told they couldn't find what we were looking for or it was a long shot, i ran into Heritage and got on the phone with Mark Hughes, h around and being told they couldn't find what we were looking for or it was a long shot, i ran into Heritage and got on the phone with Mark Hughes, he helped me out and put me in touch with the sales manager Karen Joyce, who was extremely friendly and down to earth. She helped locate my vehicle in another state then had it delivered right to my door. Never once said can't do it, or it's a long shot. She did the footwork and found the vehicle and made this experience a good one for me. My car was delivered by Avery Stewart who drove quite some distance to bring me the car and he was very nice and helpful as well. After the paperwork was finished he went over all the small details about the car hands-on and made sure i understood how things worked. I needed a car and my credit rating is very poor however, Herb did not make me feel bad because of my credit rating and he explained very thoroughly what i needed to get my new car. He was very friendly and even though he had my deal ready when I arrived there, I decided to change my mind which meant he had to start all over with a new deal. He had no problem with any of the changes I had made. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle even if you have less than perfect or shall I say ppoor credit. They give you an opportunity to restablish your credit and the guy whos name I forgot, works in financing even gave me tips on how to rebuild my credit outside of the car.
