I was told my car was going to be sold to the junk yard for parts and that they couldn’t sell it at their lot. Well don’t you know the next day my car was on their website to be sold (just said “call for more info”). I couldn’t believe that I had been so naive and had been lied to. My mom was co-signing with me and still had to sign her share of paperwork. So we went back and had dealt with Gabe (in finance) he was absolutely amazing. So incredibly helpful, nice, friendly, great customer service. He was the one to get me my car back and drive away in the new one I had purchased. Definitely was my life saver. The only reason I would ever go back to this dealership is because of how incredibly nice and helpful Gabe was. More
It was truly refreshing to wok with Ms. Melissa while I was purchasing my vehicle. Since I purchased my last 2 vehicles at this location and have had such great experiences in the past, I knew this was the place to go this time around. The team I worked with: Melissa, Brad, Gabe, and Khaliq all provided great service, helped me stay within my budget, and really made me feel like family, ensuring that the entire process was smooth and stress-free. At no point did I ever feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. Melissa Cole was especially great to work with. There were a few vehicles that I wanted to explore, and its because of her that I was able to decide exactly which vehicle would meet my needs. She is so knowledgeable about Volkswagen vehicles and took extra time to go through all of the safety and convenience features which were important to me being a new mom. She even gave me a thorough tutorial on all of the tech features and assisted me to set up and personalize some of the options to my own preference. She didn’t let me leave until I felt completely comfortable and satisfied with my new vehicle and reassured me that I could reach out to her if I thought of any questions or had concerns. I feel that Melissa goes above and beyond for her customers and will seek her out in the future if/when I decide to purchase another vehicle. More
Walked into heritage new sales and thought I was I the preowned section by mistake. I was greeted by Melissa Cole. I told I came to see a preowned Tuscan. She offered me a test drive and was very helpful giving me the information I needed. I realized this was not the car for me. Melissa was very perceptive and knew exactly what I was feeling. She offered to show me a car that she thought was what I was looking for. It was a brand new Tiguan which I knew I could not afford. She told me the price and I got good trade in and thought I would give it a try. So we took a test drive and it felt perfect for me. She worked extremely hard to make it happen and of course I spent more than I should have but the new car was not much more than a used one. Not only did she help me buy it but gave me a personal tutorial from front to back to make sure I was well informed and safe. I hadn’t bought a car in 11 years so it was quite intimidating. She is without a doubt the most well informed and hard working sales lady ever. She made a stressful experience so easy. She deserves a week off not a day!! Please consider her for this contest!!! For years I have always gone to dealers with my guard up and a pit in my stomach preparing for a passive aggressive battle over prices and deals to be made. I walked into Heritage with the same mentality to meet Melissa on a hard to find Tiguan R line. Half way through the “negotiations” I realized I was much more relaxed than I expected to be. The process was easier than expected but even better, I didn’t feel like I was being nickel and dimed. Actually for a hard to find model with limited inventory I got a decent deal. As we moved forward I kept thinking about random things I’d forgotten to ask about prior. To my surprise as I got into my first ever brand new vehicle, I felt like I was taken care of. Like Melissa had actually looked out for me the entire time, and taken care of every concern. I have always bought my VW’s (to which I’ve owned almost exclusively) from another dealership, but Melissa will be my first call from here on out for any new VW I have my eye on. My decent deal turned into an excellent purchase. Thank you again Melissa. More

I have worked with him during the crazy chip shortage market of today and previously in the past when there was more inventory. This dealer is fair with pricing and John will go above and beyond to make sure you are knowledgeable as you make your decision with the type of car and trim levels. He is the best salesman I've worked with and in the future I will be sure to stop in when I need another vehicle. A special shoutout to the manager Gabe and Scott from Finance. They were very professional and made the long car buying process, short, concise and to the point. I finished everything in about 3 hours. More
Driving around for 8 months with a faulty air bag in my BRAND NEW VW Atlas Cross Sport. In December 2020 we took our vw in because the airbag error light came on. The service center cleared out the error message and informed me that if it happened again they would replace the lamp. A few months later we noticed that the Bluetooth in the car stopped working with a few other electrical issues. We made an appointment to get the car looked at. We arrived at our appointment on a Saturday and immediately upon arrival the tech told me that it couldn't be worked, but knew the issue was related to the car net module and they keep them on hand so to come back later that week to get it replaced. We arrived at our appointment and after having the vehicle there for the entire day they let us know something we already knew (it needed a carnet module). So I was a bit upset that after wasting two days at the dealer for a part was just being ordered after knowing the issue on my first visit. After speaking with the service manager he admitted it was his fault that he didn't check my Saturday appointment and should have called me to let me know that they couldn't perform the work on a Saturday. Unfortunately he had no excuse for not ordering the part. After the THIRD visit to the dealership the part was finally fixed. End of the story right ? No. A month after replacing the carnet module the airbag error light came on again. So I made another appointment explaining the situation (even have paperwork from December stating they would replaced the bulb if it had the same error again). After leaving the car at the dealer for another day I picked the car up and the informed me that because it had been almost 5 months they simply cleared the error message again and didn't fix anything. Even though it was documented that they would replace the bulb. I was again befuddled that the issue was document along with the fix and nothing was done. TWO DAYS LATER the airbag light came on again. So I made an appointment with the service department AGAIN the advisor ENSURED ME that this issue would be resolved when I picked my vehicle up. The next day when I was picking the car up at the end of the day the advisor let me know that they JUST NOW ordered the part. I was infuriated. The Dan McMahon has lied to me MULTIPLE TIMES at one point telling me the error light was on because of my cell phone on the seat to even saying after 3 visits they were unsure of what part they needed to ordered after it was documented from December. He had the audacity to ask me why every time I pick my car up I end up in his office. Perhaps because I've been to the dealership 7 times to fix 2 issues and only one has been resolved. After this discussion the manager THREW a pair of loaner keys across the desk at me. Keep in mind this is an issue of safety. I should not be driving around for MONTHS with a faulty air bag. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. After this experience I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase a vehicle or have it serviced at this location. More
