After a slight misstep, I worked with John Young. He followed through with everything that we discussed on the phone. Although he is the Internet Manager and not a salesperson, he took care of the trans followed through with everything that we discussed on the phone. Although he is the Internet Manager and not a salesperson, he took care of the transaction for me. It was not a pressure filled experience. John was extremely personable, helpful and I felt a "straight shooter." Thereafter I worked with Avery who was very knowlegeable about the vehicle and its features. He spent as much time as it took to show me the car late at night, including setting up my bluetooth, Siruis radio as well as synching my iphone with the car. Additionally, he took care of making sure that some detail work was done on the spot when my CC was brought back the following day. Avery and John made what is normally a highly stressful experience a much more pleasant one. Heritage on Harford Road truly knows what Customer Service should be! More

What a great experience. I have never had a dealership call me to tell me that they made an error in the quoted lease price in my favor! I just got a new jeep liberty last weekend and had a bluetooth inst call me to tell me that they made an error in the quoted lease price in my favor! I just got a new jeep liberty last weekend and had a bluetooth installed and somehow I am saving $14 a month from my last 2008 jeep liberty lease with no added features. It was a no brainer. Shawn and Bob were excellent to work with and really made me feel comfortable. I wanted a black liberty and they tracked one down in Delaware and got it for me. There were no surprises at signing either. In the past with other Jeep dealerships, they have made me pay the first lease payment, or registration, etc. Shawn and Bob assured me that everything was included in my quoted price and they were not lying! Herb Randolph is the friend you haven't met yet. I've never met a car salesman who was this down to earth, friendly, helpful and most of all completely honest. Unlike at other dealerships, at Heritage t never met a car salesman who was this down to earth, friendly, helpful and most of all completely honest. Unlike at other dealerships, at Heritage the bottom line price and trade-in did not mysteriously change, nor was there any pushing to settle for a more expensive vehicle nor one I didn't want. They were very responsive to my email inquiries and very accomodating to my busy schedule. They had the EXACT car I wanted, even though other dealerships told me it was impossible to find. Great experience and great sales staff. There may be other VW dealers closer to me, but none I would trust to service my vehicle more than Heritage. Thanks for everything Herb. We went to Heritage VW Parkville, for help with acquiring a new 2011 4-Door TDI Golf (with a manual transmission). Other dealers told us (there was no way to get one). Ray Smith(and Heritage VW Parkville) a new 2011 4-Door TDI Golf (with a manual transmission). Other dealers told us (there was no way to get one). Ray Smith(and Heritage VW Parkville) not only found a Golf, that met our request..... They: 1) traded a NYC dealer a car, to get it. 2) Sent the trade car up and had our Golf back to us, in a matter of a day! 3) Informed us the moment the car got there. 4) Waited until late at night, for us to be able to pick it up. All this is in addition to the fantastic pricing and expediency of the transaction and approvals. Every aspect of the car buying experience was superior, to say the least.
