Avery spent all day helping me find the perfect car; he listened to my needs and budget carefully, patiently sat through half a dozen test drives, and never pressured me to make a decision. I was well-researched, but he was able to answer additional questions that I had about both the car and the process. I appreciate the care that goes into the VW Pe-owned Certification program, and the folks at Heritage have made it clear that they'll support me through the life of this car... Which I expect will be long, considering the great shape it is in! Avery also gave me tips to help me care for the diesel car, which is my first of this kind.
