I received great service from the Heritage Autobody shop located in Parkville. I was getting poor service and various crazy quotes from Jerry's Chevrolet off of Joppa Road. They told me they would have to located in Parkville. I was getting poor service and various crazy quotes from Jerry's Chevrolet off of Joppa Road. They told me they would have to take the door off of my Saturn to replace the handle. Tony the manager at Heritage was nice and friendly and told us that would not be nessasary. I would trust Heritage with my next autobody shop needs and they have now gained a customer for service as well! I ended up paying 3x less than what Jerry's quoted for the fix and the handle was repaired the next day. Great experience and would recommend to others! More

UPDATE: Within 20 minutes of submitting this post, I received a call from the Management of Heritage and they offered to mail me new mats. I think this was EXCELLENT customer service. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. OLD POST: The service we got at Heritage was outstanding. The team, Randal Melvin, Mike Andrews and Karen from Finance were knowledgeable and professional but more so, friendly. They took the time to explain the product and the financial procedures. It was a smooth and very comfortable experience for me. Notwithstanding, I rated my overall experience as "OK" because the down side, which was somewhat disappointing was that the morning after closing the deal, I noticed that the vehicle did had not have any mats for the front seat. I called Mike and he explained that , although "Certified Pre-Owned" the car really is "AS-IS" My dissatisfaction is not indicative of the integrity of the team, because it is not their fault, but I think that it is OUTRAGEOUS that Volkswagen sold me a "certified" vehicle in excess of $20k WITHOUT something as basic as mats. I find this circumstance particularly vexing because I had taken the time to buy brand new mats for the vehicle that I traded in. I would very much welcome any conversation aimed at resolving this issue. More
