Yi, Let me start by apologizing that your vehicle is not yet completed to our satisfaction. This is unfortunate and we are very sorry for the inconvenience. I must also tell you, as I did when we first spoke, I do not believe your car had any damage when you took delivery. You took delivery on 8/31 and it was a late night at the dealership finishing a few deliveries. While waiting to complete your transaction, you and 2 guests were out front with your new car for quite some time admiring it and looking it over. This was after the vehicle had gone through our cleanup process and was ready for your inspection. You did not have any concerns with the vehicle at that time. In the early morning hours of 9/1 you emailed your salesperson stating, “Thanks again for the sale today! Was a great experience.”. Later that afternoon you emailed that you saw some scratches asked if we could do anything, stating “see if you can fix them”. When we spoke I agreed to do whatever we could to repair this for you out of goodwill, I stated again that I did not believe the scratches were there when you took delivery. We brought a vehicle to you for alternate transportation and still have you in that vehicle at our expense. We are replacing the rear quarter vent window that comes with the chrome molding that was dented and repainting the area around it that had scratches. It is very disappointing that the repair has not been complete to our satisfaction yet but we have called you each time to say it was delayed and then had a defect, therefore we did not want to release the vehicle to you yet. We wish to remain upfront with you and disclosed information that was not necessarily pleasing, yet it was indeed the truth. My comment referring to you to “let it all out” was due to the fact that you were screaming at me repeatedly about why it was not completed. I feel we have done everything a company can do in the name of customer service to make this right for you and I agree the repair has not gone as we would like. Maca54, I am familiar with your concern as we worked personally together to get this resolved for you back in February. After a poor attempt on our part initially we picked up the vehicle from your home, resolved the issues and returned it to your door. Through out the entire process we provided you with a loaner vehicle and at your request sent you a monetary compensation since it did take us some time to resolve these concerns. After that you also had a separate vehicle warranty concern which we contacted your local VW dealer, since we are not the closest one to you, and paved the way for you to bring the vehicle right to them immediately. We had the warranty issue resolved quickly and of course at no cost. As I mentioned at the time, your experience is noted here at my store and if there is anything we can do for you at anytime in the future please contact me personally.
