Despite contending w/ a unexpected personal time-constraint, my wife and I found our buying experience to be pretty seamless and straightforward. Upon our arrival, the staff was very attentive time-constraint, my wife and I found our buying experience to be pretty seamless and straightforward. Upon our arrival, the staff was very attentive and polite. Our sales associate (Jessica Redman) immediately took us back despite us having an appointment w/ another associate. Despite having to contend w/ a seller's market, the sales team was very flexible and willing to negotiate, which made the experience that much more pleasant. Jessica initiated the purchasing process and facilitated the auto insurance policy update process. And, even lent me her phone charger so that I could complete the latter of the two activities. :-) The sales manager (unfortunately, I am drawing a blank on his name) was great as well, as he was honest and ultimately honored his commitment from financing terms standpoint. Lastly, Khaliq was very friendly and thorough in stepping us through the financing, paperwork, sign-offs, etc. Had our transaction not taken longer than initially estimated, this rating would have easily been a 5 out of 5. Again, overall...it was a great experience! More
I wrote a bad review after a service rep used my service plan to “pay” for a broken sensor that was covered under warranty and then ended up costing me a yearly service. Get everything in writing! When my oil sensor was faulty, the service representative used my 2-year check up on the maintained plan to “pay” for the fix. When I came back to do my actual 2-year service, I wa the service representative used my 2-year check up on the maintained plan to “pay” for the fix. When I came back to do my actual 2-year service, I was told it was already completed. The time between the 1 and 2 year was less than six months so clearly it was used incorrectly. The new service rep told me “not to worry, we will take care of you and get the next oil change for free.” When I came in for that oils change - the new rep told me that there is no note and that I had to use my 4 year change on the service plan. It is VERY clear that it was their mistake, yet I am now paying for it. Be careful - they do not honor their promises. More
