BIll Thibodeau- Car Purchase made in February 2018 Bill is an easy salesman to deal with. I located the car we were interested in on the internet. Called in and the Internet contact person, Bill is an easy salesman to deal with. I located the car we were interested in on the internet. Called in and the Internet contact person, Tori, was forthcoming and disclosed the car history, including that it had been in an accident. This was not noted on the internet. However, we proceeded to go see the car. I had read Bill was a highly rated salesman there, so I was extremely pleased when we had the pleasure of meeting and working with him. Bill is a very approachable person.!!! He appears to be willing to "go the extra mile" to answer your questions. He is not a high pressure salesman. He is pleasant to work with. After we took the car for a test drive, we were sold on it. Bill advocated for us and we were able to arrive at a sale in approximately 1/2 hour. Jayme Cellucci, the sales and leasing consultant is also extremely nice. He did not pressure us in making any additional warranty purchases. After we purchased the car, we requested it be checked out the following week, as we had a concern over squeaky breaks. They checked it out without any problem, and they reported the concern we had did not require any repairs, according to them. I provided feedback to Bill on two (minor) issues which they can improve upon. As of now, I would recommend this dealership. Nice team to work with! More

Learned all the bells and whistles I knew what car I wanted when I walked through the door but Bill was great walking me through every feature of the car.
