He came over said hi and asked if I needed any help. Told him the car that I was interested in so we went to check it out. After we sat down to discuss the details of buying it. Told Bill that I liked the car and if the price was where I needed it then I would buy it. Bill talked to his manager and I ended up buying the car. Bill was very helpful,informative and a very pleasant person to deal with. There was NO pressure from him to buy anything. I would highly recommend talking to Bill if I was looking to buy a vehicle. The Best Buying Experience in a Long Time Called on a specific car I had seen on my banks car buying service. I had been to other dealers and was very dissatisfied. The car I came to see was "sold, but we have the same car right here." No not the same car, wrong color, aftermarket stuff installed and more mileage. They did not want to use my financing from my bank and they dragged their feet for over a week until I had enough. Went back in and the car I originally wanted was still there. All done, I walked away. The 2nd advertised a great price until I showed up and was ready to buy and they said "Oh by the way, there's a $950 vehicle prep fee on top of that price." What is that for? Get this..."To service the car and get it ready for sale. It's a standard fee." Not in my book. Especially when I was a car salesman. We NEVER did that. That was figured into the price Before it was advertised or even put out for sale. Courtesy Ford didn't play games. The car was the car i came to look at and they were ready to use my banks financing. Terry St Onge was professional and listened to what i was looking for and my concerns. He worked with me to buy a car instead of seeling me one that they wanted to get rid of. When it came time to talk price they honored all of my banks car buying service deals. Now for financing. Jaymie asked if he could try to get us a lower interest rate. I didn't think he would beat my banks, low and behold he did. Saved me a full percentage point. On signing day, he wasn't pushy as he offered us the extended warranty. He gave us the facts, showed us a mid-range warranty and explained the details of the service and the cost. We opted for the top of the line as the car we were buying is 5 years. Delivery was a breeze and everyone at Courtesy Ford took care of our every need. I will recommend Terry St. Onge and Jaymie Cellucci to all my friends and family. More

So I asked my husband if you really want the diesel (that we found in Ellington) and it was with Bill who would you buy it from? He said Bill. Long story short after he did his homework about diesels decided on a gas F350. Found one with Bill. Bill took the time with us to listen and discover what we were looking for. Great guy.
