When I pulled into the vehicle service area, Marcus greeted me promptly and with a helpful and friendly personality. He offered a service that I was not aware of, but was necessary. My vehicle was taken back, and within a few minutes a technician came to ask a question. He also presented himself with a helpful and friendly personality. While sitting in the waiting area, which is nice and clean, I’m listening to music through my earbuds when another employee gets my attention. He was extra friendly and started a conversation with me about Sgt. Reckless (if you’re not familiar, look her up, you’ll be pleasantly surprised) of who I knew nothing about. This conversation last from 5-10 minutes. He tells a great story (and I really liked his worn cowboy boots, which looked extra comfortable)! At this point I’m batting 3 for 3 and feeling pretty good about the great people at Heritage, and next thing you know, Marcus lets me know that my vehicle is ready. Wow, this was one of those days when 2 hours seemed like 30 minutes. It was a great day to get my vehicle serviced at Heritage…thanks guys, you made my day a great one! More

Was having a problem with car starting, had the battery checked at Walmart they said the battery was good. Heritage said the battery was bad and charged $150 to tell me it was bad. I have an extended warra checked at Walmart they said the battery was good. Heritage said the battery was bad and charged $150 to tell me it was bad. I have an extended warranty policy and thought the diagnostic of the check engine light that was on would have covered that cost. Nathan Scott said it was not covered and I had to pay the fee. No pleased at all with the charge! More
